Frequently asked questions

No. Your Cues stay on your device, and in your own private iCloud if you are signed in. CueToDo has no account, no ads, no analytics, and no servers of its own. Read the Privacy Policy.
CueToDo is free to download. Adding, editing, and completing Cues needs CueToDo Pro: 7 days free, then £3.99 a month in the UK, auto-renewing. Apple shows the price for your country before you confirm. Without Pro, the Cues you already have stay on the rail to view.
iPhone and iPad, on iOS and iPadOS 26 or later. On iPhone, CueToDo runs in portrait. On iPad, it works in every orientation.
Apple bills the subscription. Cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, or tap Manage Subscription in CueToDo’s Settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current month ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel it. CueToDo never sees your card.
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open CueToDo, and tap Restore Purchases in Settings or on the CueToDo Pro screen.
Check that both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud is on for CueToDo in Settings > [your name] > iCloud. Sync runs while CueToDo is open, so open the app on both devices. Settings in CueToDo shows the last sync time and has Sync now.
Place alerts need Location set to “While Using the App” and Notifications allowed for CueToDo, in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and Settings > Notifications. Alerts for timed Cues need Notify timed blocks turned on in CueToDo’s Settings.
The widget can’t edit your library directly. It queues the change, and CueToDo applies it the next time the app opens. Done and +10m also need CueToDo Pro.
Settings > Wipe all tasks clears tasks and breaks. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on that device. If iCloud sync was on, remove the iCloud copy in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage. Events added to Calendar and changes written to Reminders stay in those apps until you delete them there.

Help us improve CueToDo

Nothing is collected in the background. In the app, Settings > Contact Support opens your mail app with a message to contact@itsacue.com that has only a subject line. CueToDo adds nothing about the app or your device. You decide what to include, and whether to send it.

What helps us fix it

  • —Which screen you were on, such as the Timeline, Inbox, Lists, or a Cue’s details
  • —What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
  • —Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS/iPadOS version (Settings > General > About), if you’re happy to share them
  • —A screenshot, if possible
