Plan the day you actually have.
A timeline for what happens when, and lists for everything that doesn’t have a time yet.
A timeline that matches your day
Your waking day on one rail, from wake to sleep. A Cue’s height is its length. Drag to move it, pull the handle to resize, tap an hour to add, and swipe from day to day.
Type it the way you say it
Write “Coffee 9am 20m” or “Pay rent Friday”. CueToDo reads the time, length, day, and repeat, and shows them as chips you can change before you save.
Inbox, lists, and projects
Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Anytime, and Someday, with Areas, Projects, and Headings. Done Cues go to the Logbook, and Search finds the rest.
Focus, then replan
Open the Cue you’re on now to mark it done or give it 10 more minutes. Missed something? Shift it to now, stack it after the current Cue, park it in the Inbox, or replan the day.
Calendar and Reminders
Show your calendar events on the rail, and if you turn it on, add timed Cues to your calendar. Import open Reminders and keep their title, date, and completion in sync.
Reminders at a place
Pin a Cue to a place and get an alert when you arrive or leave. Alerts for timed Cues use the offset you choose, with your choice of alert tones.
Widgets and Live Activity
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show Now, Next, and how full the day is. The Live Activity puts the current Cue in the Dynamic Island, with Done and +10m.
Siri, Shortcuts, and the share sheet
Add a Cue with Siri or Shortcuts, or from the Add Cue control in Control Center. Share text or a link from another app and it lands in your Inbox.
Private iCloud sync
Your Cues, Areas, Projects, and Headings sync between your iPhone and iPad through your own private iCloud database. There is no CueToDo account.
One line. CueToDo does the rest.
Type a task with its time, length, day, or repeat. Chips appear as you type, so you can see what CueToDo understood before you save.
